Highlands PAC
About the Highlands PAC
The Highlands Parent Advisory Council (PAC) is made up of all parents and guardians of students at Highlands Elementary. Our role is to foster strong connections between families, the school, and the wider community. We support student learning and well-being by organizing events, funding educational and cultural opportunities, and encouraging parent involvement. Together, we help make Highlands a welcoming, inclusive, and vibrant school community.

Meet the PAC Executive
The PAC Executive is a group of volunteer parents who work together to represent our school community. They help guide PAC activities, manage events and fundraising, and ensure parents have a strong voice at Highlands.
